Our voucher booking system is designed to be simple and hassle-free! Here’s how it works:
If you request a date where we have an available show, your booking is automatically confirmed—easy as that!
If you request a date where we don’t have a show or if the show has already sold out, your request will be submitted as a booking request instead.
If you don’t hear back from us straight away, don’t stress—it just means we don’t have shows on that date.
In most cases, we’ll automatically book you into the next available show and send you a confirmation. If that date doesn’t work for you, just let us know, and we’ll reschedule to a more suitable date.
